Reisinger, pro se, respectfully requests that this Court grant the Plaintiff s request, as set forth herein, for Court approval to have is attendance at all discovery proceedings be limited to a four-hour period for health reasons, and in support hereof submits the following: 1. On Thursday, May 27, 2010, this Court issued its Amended Case Management Order, related to the above, and in Paragraph 9 thereof, ordered the following: 9. Plaintiff is directed to attend full day depositions unless he produced a physician s medical statement to the Court certifying he cannot do so and explaining why. 2. Attached to this Motion, as Exhibit A, Dr. Letter, is a copy of a letter from the Plaintiff s attending physician, related to the above, for this Court s review and hoped acceptance, as compliance with the above Order. WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff, Joseph R. Reisinger, hereby respectfully requests that this Honorable Court accept the attached correspondence as his compliance with the above Court Order, and now authorize him in the future to attend all future discovery proceedings limited, on any given day, to a four-hour concentrated period.
