MOTION TO DISMISS REMAINING CLAIMS WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND TO TERMINATE CASE

The plaintiff, Taylor Swift ("Plaintiff"), by and through undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, hereby respectfully moves the Court for an order dismissing, without prejudice, all claims that remain in this case against the defendants Malcolm Matthews, Renee Susan Mitchell, Louis Moore, Marsha Dyonne Tyler, Mellissa Lieberman, Edward Friedman, Kenneth Johnson and Taief Hasson Wallace after the Court's Order of Destruction of Counterfeit Goods dated October 15, 2010 (Document 135), and for an order terminating this case. A proposed Order Closing Case accompanies this Motion.
