ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR EDS'S P.R. 3-4 PRODUCTION After considering the Stipulation to Extend Deadline for Electronic Data Systems Corp.'s ("EDS") P.R. 3-4 Production submitted by DataTreasury Corporation and EDS, the Court finds that it should be and hereby is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that EDS shall have until February 26, 2007 to serve its P.R. 3-4 production. The deadline for EDS to serve its P.R. 3-3 Invalidity Contentions remains January 29, 2007.
