AGREED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT Defendant Shutterfly, Inc. ("Shutterfly") and Plaintiff Fotomedia Technologies, LLC ("Fotomedia") agree that Shutterfly shall have an additional fourteen days to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint, through and including September 7, 2007, and so accordingly move. Fotomedia filed this action on June 19, 2007. Pursuant to the Court's Order dated July 19, 2007, Shutterfly's response to Fotomedia's Complaint is currently due on August 24, 2007. In order to further investigate the Complaint and prepare a response, Shutterfly requested and Fotomedia agreed to a further extension of time.
