IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS MARSHALL DIVISION FUNCTION MEDIA, L.L.C., v. JURY TRIAL DEMANDED GOOGLE, INC. AND YAHOO!, INC. ORDER GRANTING GOOGLE INC.'S MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER TO PRECLUDE DEPOSITIONS OF THREE TOP-LEVEL EXECUTIVES Before the Court is Google Inc.'s Motion for a Protective Order to Preclude Depositions of Three Top-Level Executives. After considering the Motion, the relief requested therein, and the evidence and arguments, the Court finds that for good cause appearing the motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Function Media shall be precluded from taking the depositions of (1) Larry Page, Co-Founder and President, Products, (2) Sergey Brin, Co-Founder and President, Technology, and (3) Susan Wojcicki, Vice President, Product Management.
