ORDER GRANTING AGREED MOTION TO EXTEND THE DEADLINES FOR BRIEFING ON FUNCTION MEDIA'S MOTION FOR A NEW TRIAL Before the Court is Google's Agreed Motion to Extend the Deadlines for Briefing on Function Media's Motion for a New Trial. After considering the Motion and the relief requested therein, the Court finds that for good cause appearing, and the fact that the parties agree to the requested relief, the motion should be and hereby is GRANTED. Google shall file its Opposition to Function Media's Motion For a New Trial on or before Thursday, April 8, 2010. Function Media shall file its Reply in Support of Its Motion For a New Trial on or before Thursday, April 22, 2010. Google shall file its Sur-Reply in Opposition to Function Media's Motion For a New Trial on or before Friday, April 30, 2010.
