Inc.'s Motion To Amend The Protective Order. 1. Pursuant to the Court's Order of April 20, 2010, Yahoo's deadline for its

reply in support of its Motion to Amend the Protective Order was extended to April 26, 2010, and Yahoo filed its reply on April 26, 2010. 2. Plaintiff Bright Response now seeks an extension of its deadline to file a

sur-reply, up to and including May 12, 2010. 3. Plaintiff has conferred with counsel for Yahoo, and Yahoo is not opposed

to this request for an extension of time. 4. Plaintiff therefore requests that the Court enter the attached order,

extending Bright Response's deadline for a sur-reply to May 12, 2010.
