Jennifer and Jennifer, In light of the Court's Order, we need to amend the PO. I think as this was an emergency issue, Defendants (and specifically Yahoo) need to get us a proposed modified PO as soon as possible. Let me know when I can get it please. Also, when making your proposal please consider how you will address the fact that Mr. Pridham has already seen AEO documents for over 2 years. I am not really sure how he is to unlearn that so please keep that in mind when making your proposal. Again, in light of impending deadlines and the Court's direct order to do this, I would again urge you to get me a proposal promptly. Thank you. Andrew W. Spangler
