The Court finds that the Motion has merit and should be granted. The Court will address the matter of a reprimand on the record at an oral or telephonic hearing before the Court. The Court also finds that Mr. Pridham is entitled to represent his client in pre-trial matters: his review and analysis of pre-trial preparation materials shall not be deemed a violation of the Amended Protective Order.
