After consideration of the Unopposed Motion filed by Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC f/k/a Polaris LP, LLC ("Bright Response"), to Withdraw its Motion for Verbal Reprimand to Yahoo Counsel for Continued and Vexatious Conduct with Respect to Mr. David Pridham and Request for Court Order Allowing Mr. Pridham to Participate in and Review Pre-trial Preparation Materials (Dkt. 411), the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion for Verbal Reprimand to Yahoo Counsel for Continued and Vexatious Conduct with Respect to Mr. David Pridham and Request for Court Order Allowing Mr. Pridham to Participate in and Review Pre-trial Preparation Materials (Dkt. #411) filed by Bright Response, shall be withdrawn without prejudice to the re-filing of same.
