After consideration of the Unopposed Motion for Access to Non-Google, Non-AOL and Non-Yahoo! Confidential Documents by David Pridham filed by Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC

f/k/a Polaris LP, LLC ("Bright Response"), the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED:

1. That Mr. Pridham may have access to any CONFIDENTIAL or CONFIDENTIAL OUTSIDE COUNSEL ONLY documents not produced by Google, AOL or Yahoo; 2. That Mr. Pridham may have access to any documents produced by Google, AOL or Yahoo that were designated CONFIDENTIAL; and 3. That Mr. Pridham may have access to CONFIDENTIAL OUTSIDE COUNSEL ONLY documents produced by Google, AOL or Yahoo that counsel for Google, AOL or Yahoo, as appropriate, have agreed do not contain Google, AOL or Yahoo information.
