ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW MOTION TO EXCLUDE AUDREY SPANGENBERG After consideration of the Unopposed Motion filed by Defendants Google Inc., America Online, Inc. and AOL, LLC (collectively "Google"), and Yahoo! ("Defendants"), to withdraw their currently pending motion to exclude Audrey Spangenberg from testifying at trial (Dkt.# 430), the Court finds that the Motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Motion to Exclude Audrey Spangenberg from Testifying at Trial (Dkt. #430) filed by Defendants shall be withdrawn without prejudice to the re-filing of same.
