Polaris IP, LLC v. Google Inc. et al Doc. 532 Att. 4 EXHIBIT C Dockets.Justia.com David Perlson From : Sent : To: Subject : Jules Adler Uules_adler@yahoo.com] Wednesday, April 28, 2010 9:48 AM David Perlson Re: Declaration Hi David, Apologies, but I reviewed the declaration, and I can't sign it as is. #3. I wouldn't consider EZ Reader a "product" - but merely an application.. #5. as it was deployed at Chase Manhattan Bank in the first quarter of 1996." 1 do not remember when it was deployed, and none of the documentation I have states the exact date and given the fact that Amy Rice claims it wasn't deployed then, I cannot say for certain that it was deployed during the 1st quarter. #6 - similar to #5 regarding when it was deployed #7 - same thing - while I'm not aware that there was any bending of the rules (but I didn't deal with the AAAI people or don't remember that I did), I can't recall exactly when it was deployed. It could have been that we submitted the paper and the application was scheduled to be deployed in the 1st quarter, but then got delayed into 2nd quarter.
