PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO FILE RESPONSE IN EXCESS OF PAGES LIMITS Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC ("Bright Response") files its Unopposed Motion to File Excess Pages in its Response to Defendants' Motion for Discovery Sanctions for Failure to Disclose Key Discovery Regarding EZ Reader [Dkt. No. 487]. A previous motion to this same effect was filed as to Dkt. No. 535, which, upon the withdrawing of Dkt. Nos. 537, 538, and 539, another like motion regarding the page limit issue was required. Accordingly, Bright Response hereby requests an increase of 5 pages for its response to address the issues raised a Dkt. No. 487. Defendants do not oppose this relief.
