ORDER Pending before the Court is Plaintiff Bright Response, LLC ("Bright Response") Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law on Infringement as to Yahoo! Inc. ("Motion"). The Court heard Plaintiff's Motion in open court before the Court submitted the case to the jury and denied that motion. The Court, having submitted the case to the jury, again denies the Motion pursuant to its earlier ruling, as the Motion is a supplemental written submission in support of Bright Response's earlier pre-verdict Motion.
