ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR FILING BILL OF COSTS AND MOTIONS FOR EXCEPTIONAL CASE, ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS Defendants Yahoo! Inc. and Google, Inc. ("Defendants") have moved this Court to enlarge the time within which they are required to file their bill of costs and motions for exceptional case, attorney's fees and costs to April 2, 2010, in order for the parties to have time for a meaningful meet and confer on these issues. Plaintiff is not opposed to this motion. As such, Defendants' Motion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the deadline for Yahoo! and Google to file their respective Bill of Costs and Motions for Exceptional Case, Attorneys Fees and Costs shall be extended until and including, April 2, 2010. IT IS SO ORDERED.
