YAHOO'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLIES IN SUPPORT OF BILL OF COSTS AND MOTION TO DECLARE THIS AN EXCEPTIONAL CASE AND FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS PURSUANT TO 35 U.S.C. 285 Defendant Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo") moves the Court to enlarge the time within which Yahoo is required to file reply briefs in support of its bill of costs (Dkt. No. 494) and motion for exceptional case, attorney's fees and costs (Dkt. No. 492). Yahoo's reply briefs in support of its bill of costs and motion for exceptional case, attorney's fees and costs are currently due May 13, 2010. Yahoo respectfully requests an additional four days to file its reply briefs through and including May 17, 2010. Yahoo has conferred with Plaintiff's counsel regarding this request, and Plaintiff does not opposed the four day extension. For all these reasons, Yahoo respectfully requests an extension of time of four days, or through and including May 17, 2010, to file its reply briefs in support of its bill of costs and motions for exceptional case, attorney fees and costs.
