ORDER On this day the Court considered the Unopposed Motion of Plaintiff PA Advisors, LLC, now known as nXn Tech, LLC ("nXn" or "Plaintiff") ("Motion"), seeking an extension of time to file surreplies in support of its responses to motions filed by Defendant Google Inc., namely, Google Inc.'s Motion for Determination of Exceptional Case and Award of Attorneys Fees (Dkt. No. 493) and Motion for Taxation of Costs (Dkt. No. 495). Plaintiff seeks an extension of time up to and including May 28, 2010 for surreplies in support of its responses to these motions. Google does not oppose. The Court finds that the Motion should be and is hereby GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's deadline for filing surreplies regarding the abovereferenced motions is May 28, 2010.
