TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO COMPLAINT Comes now Defendant Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook") and moves the Court to enlarge the time within which it may answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Original Complaint for Patent Infringement ("Complaint") to and including December 24, 2007. Counsel for Plaintiff PA Advisors, LLC is unopposed to this request. Facebook seeks this extension of time not for delay but for good cause and that justice may be served. Accordingly, Facebook respectfully requests that the Court enter an order extending its time to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint until December 24, 2007.
