JURY TRIAL DEMANDED GOOGLE INC. Defendant. ORDER Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to Extend Time which seeks an extensio n of the deadlines for the parties to file their briefing in connection with Google's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. #102) filed on November 15, 2010. After considering the motion, the Court finds that the motion should be GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the deadline for Northeastern University and Jarg Corporation to file a response in opposition to Google's Motion for Summary Judgment will be December 21, 2010 and Google's reply will be due on January 19, 2011.
