JOINT STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41, the parties to this case announce to the Court that the
dispute between the parties has been resolved and therefore the parties stipulate to the dismissal
with prejudice of all claims of Plaintiffs Northeastern University and Jarg Corporation
(“Plaintiffs”) against Defendant Google Inc. (“Google”) and all claims of Defendant Google
against Plaintiffs. All attorneys’ fees, costs of court and expenses shall be borne by each party
incurring the same. A proposed Order granting this Joint Stipulation is attached.
