ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR EXPERT REPORTS AND DISCOVERY DEADLINE Before the Court is plaintiffs Northeastern University and Jarg Corporation ("Northeastern and Jarg") and defendant Google Inc.'s ("Google") Joint Motion to Extend Time for Expert Reports and Discovery Deadline. After careful consideration of the facts, including the fact that this is a joint motion by all parties, and that the motion will not adversely affect the Court's schedule, the Court is of the opinion the Joint Motion to Extend Time for Expert Reports and Discovery Deadline should be GRANTED. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that expert reports are due 15 days after the claim construction ruling is entered, or on December 15, 2010, whichever date is later. It is FURTHER ORDERED that rebuttal expert reports are due 30 days after the claim construction order is entered, or on January 6, 2011, whichever date is later. It is FURTHER ORDERED that all discovery shall be completed on or before February 11, 2011. IT IS SO ORDERED.
