ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL YAHOO! INC. TO PROVIDE DISCOVERY Before the Court is Defendant Yahoo! Inc.'s Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to File Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Yahoo! Inc. to Provide Discovery Relating to Other Search Engines, Comparisons, and its Negotiations and Search Engine Agreement with Microsoft Corp. Based on the arguments presented in the motion and the Plaintiff not being opposed, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Yahoo! shall have until May 24, 2010 to its Opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Compel. Civil Case No. 2:07-cv-511 (CE)
