Case No.: 2:07-cv-511 AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Comes Now Software Rights Archive, LLC, Plaintiff, and Google Inc., Yahoo! Inc., IAC Search & Media, Inc., AOL LLC and Lycos, Inc., Defendants, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Parties", and jointly move to amend the Docket Control Order governing the abovereferenced action. The Parties request that the deadline for amended pleadings be extended from July 23, 2010 through August 12, 2010 and the deadline for responding to amended pleadings be extended from August 20, 2010 through September 10, 2010. Such additional time is sought in good-faith and not for the purpose of delay. This extension will not negatively impact other deadlines in effect in this case. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Parties hereby request that the deadline for amended pleadings be extended through August 12, 2010 and that the deadline for Dockets.Justia.com responding to amended pleadings be extended from August 20, 2010 through September 10, 2010.
