AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Come now Plaintiff Software Rights Archive, LLC and Defendants Google, Inc., Yahoo! Inc., AOL, LLC, and Lycos, Inc. and file this Agreed Motion for Extension of Time, and in support of same would show the Court as follows: The Parties request that the deadline for amended pleadings be extended from August 12, 2010 to September 2, 2010, and the deadline for responding to amended pleadings be extended from September 10, 2010 to October 1, 2010. This Motion is not sought for delay, but that justice might be done. The above agreed to extended deadlines will not adversely affect any other of the Court's deadlines. WHEREFORE, the parties jointly and respectfully request that the above deadlines be further extended as agreed to by the parties as set forth above.
