UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF DEADLINE Plaintiff Beneficial Innovations, Inc. respectfully moves this Court for an extension of the deadline to comply with P.R. 3-1, Disclosure of Asserted Claims and Infringement Contentions. Per the Court's July 21, 2010 Order (Dkt. 123), the present deadline is September 17, 2010. Beneficial Innovations, Inc. respectfully requests the deadline be extended thirty (30) days until October 18, 2010. Defendants are not opposed to this request.
