("Beneficial"), Defendants Comcast Corporation ("Comcast"), Disney Online and The Walt Disney Company (Collectively, "Disney"), and IAC Search & Media, Inc. ("IAC") (collectively, the "Parties") in said cause and in support of such motion would respectfully show to the Court the following: Plaintiff served its Disclosures under P-R 3.1 and 3.2 with respect to Defendant New York Times on December 1, 2010. Plaintiff and Defendants Comcast, Disney, and IAC believe that it would be beneficial to extend the deadline for the service of Plaintiff's P-R 3-1 and 3-2 disclosures with respect to these Defendants, as well as Comcast's Rule 26 disclosures. The Parties respectfully requests an extension of time to and including December 14, 2010, to file 1 Dockets.Justia.com Plaintiff's disclosures pursuant to R-R 3.1 and 3-2 with respect to Defendants Comcast, Disney, IAC, and Comcast's Rule 26 disclosures.
