ORDER
The Court, having read and considered the Joint Motion to Dismiss of Plaintiff
SimpleAir, Inc. (“SimpleAir”) and Defendant Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”), and good cause
appearing, hereby GRANTS the motion and it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims asserted in this suit by
Plaintiff SimpleAir against Defendant Facebook are hereby dismissed with prejudice, and all
counterclaims asserted by Facebook are hereby dismissed without prejudice.
It is further ORDERED that all costs are assessed against the party who incurred them.
