UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND Apple Inc. ("Apple"), defendant in the above-entitled and numbered civil action, moves the Court to extend the deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Original Complaint until August 30, 2010. In support, Apple will show the following. The Original Complaint was filed on May 18, 2010. The plaintiff and defendant have agreed to extend the deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Original Complaint until August 30, 2010. WHEREFORE, PREMISE CONSIDERED, the defendant requests this Court to extend the deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Original Complaint until August 30, 2010.
