AMENDED ORDER OF DISMISSAL Having considered Plaintiff Sharing Sound, LLC's ("Plaintiff") Amended Notice of Dismissal the Court finds that good cause exists for granting the notice. The Amended Notice of Dismissal is GRANTED. All claims asserted by Plaintiff against Defendant Napster, L.L.C. are hereby dismissed with prejudice. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
