ORDER GRANTING SECOND AGREED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S COMPLAINT FOR PATENT INFRINGEMENT Before the Court is Plaintiff, Gooseberry Natural Resources, LLC, and Defendant RV Media, LLC d/b/a PR 18 Network's (pro se) second agreed motion for an extension of time for Defendant RV Media, LLC d/b/a PR 18 Network to respond to Plaintiff's Complaint for Patent Infringement. The Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the time for Defendant RV Media, LLC d/b/a PR 18 Network to answer Plaintiff's Complaint is hereby extended to September 28, 2010. JURY TRIAL DEMANDED
