(Dkt. Nos. 94 (2:10-cv-364), 23 (2:10-cv-365), 38 (2:10-cv-577), and 25 (2:10-cv-578).) Defendants’ Response is currently due on Friday, September 16, 2011. Defendants respectfully request an additional seven (7) days to file their Response to the Motion to Consolidate up to and including September 23, 2011.
