that Aaron R. Hand, formerly of the law firm of Howrey LLP, be permitted to withdraw as
counsel of record in the above matter. Aaron R. Hand no longer represents Defendants
A9.com, Inc.; Amazon.com, Inc.; or Google, Inc. in this matter. No other changes are
requested regarding the other attorneys acting as Defendants’ counsel of record at this
time. This withdrawal will not delay the proceedings. Further, please remove Aaron R.
