UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PROTECTIVE ORDER
COMES NOW, Plaintiff Wireless Recognition Technologies LLC (“WRT”) hereby files
this Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Protective Order.
Pursuant to the Court’s Discovery Order (Dkt. 63) dated March 24, 2011, parties are to
submit a proposed protective order to the Court by May 5, 2011. Parties respectfully request an
additional fourteen (14) day extension to file their proposed protective order up to and including
Thursday, May 19, 2011.
Counsel for WRT conferred with counsel for Defendants and Defendants do not oppose
the relief requested herein.
