ORDER
Pending before the court is the parties’ joint motion for entry of a protective order and joint
submission of competing protective orders (Dkt. No. 169). The court has carefully considered the
parties’ arguments and adopts Plaintiff’s proposed version of paragraph 9 and Defendants’ proposed
version of paragraph 11.
The parties are ORDERED to submit a protective order conforming to the ruling herein
within five days from the issuance of this order.
