UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW ATTORNEY TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT: On behalf of attorney Steven Kalogeras, counsel for Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively, "Samsung") files this unopposed motion to withdraw Mr. Kalogeras as counsel for Samsung. Mr. Kalogeras consents to this withdrawal and is in agreement with this motion. Samsung is currently represented by Eric H. Findlay and Brian Craft of the law firm Findlay Craft, LLP and by Julian Moore, Steven Scott Cherensky and Timothy E. DeMasi of the law firm Weil Gotshal & Manges and will not be prejudiced by this withdrawal.
