ORDER

Before the Court is Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc.'s Motion to Stay, Dismiss or Transfer. After due consideration, the Court finds that Defendants' Motion to Stay, Dismiss or Transfer is without merit. Defendant's Motion is therefore DENIED. SO ORDERED.
