Time to Serve P.R. 3-3 Invalidity Contentions and P.R. 3-4 Document Production, and the Court
being of the opinion that the same should be GRANTED, it is therefore,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Unopposed Motion for Extension of
Time be granted and that Defendants’ be given to and including March 15, 2012 to serve their
P.R. 3-3 Invalidity Contentions and P.R. 3-4 Document Production.
