PATENT CASE COMBAY, INC., et al., JURY TRIAL DEMANDED Defendants. UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY Defendant Quickoffice, Inc. (“Quickoffice”) moves this Court for an Order permitting the withdrawal of Craig Tadlock from representation of Quickoffice in this action. Quickoffice’s other counsel remain of record. Quickoffice does not oppose the withdrawal, and the withdrawal of Mr. Tadlock will not have an adverse effect of Quickoffice as it is still represented by competent counsel who are fully capable of representing the interests of Quickoffice. Plaintiff and other defendants are unopposed to this Motion. Additionally, Quickoffice requests that Craig Tadlock no longer receive CM/ECF notices for this action. WHEREFORE, Quickoffice respectfully requests this Court to grant the Motion to Withdraw.
