ORDER
Upon consideration of Plaintiff Lodsys, LLC and Lodsys Group, LLC and Defendants
Illusion Labs AB, Quickoffice, Inc., Atari Interactive, Inc., Electronic Arts Inc., Rovio Mobile
Ltd., Square Enix Ltd. and Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.’s Joint Motion to Extend the
Parties’ Deadlines to Comply with P.R. 3-1 Through 3-4, the Court, after review of the motion
and finding good cause appearing, GRANTS the motion.
IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED that the deadline for Lodsys to comply with P.R. 3-1
and 3-2 is extended to Monday, September 17, 2012, and the deadline for defendants to comply
with P.R. 3-3 and 3-4 is extended to Monday, December 10, 2012.
