OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S AMENDED COMPLAINT

Defendant Quickoffice, Inc. filed its unopposed motion to extend the time in which to
answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint, from the current deadline
of August 20, 2011, up to and including August 29, 2011. Such motion is GRANTED. It is
therefore ORDERED that Quickoffice, Inc. has until and through August 29, 2011 in which to
answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint [Dkt. 26].
