ICONFACTORY, INC.’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND TIME TO MOVE,
ANSWER, OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S AMENDED COMPLAINT
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
I.
NOW COMES, Defendant Iconfactory, Inc. (“Iconfactory”), without waiving any defenses
described or referred to in Rule 12 F.R.C.P., and moves the Court to extend the time within which
Iconfactory is required to move, answer, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint to and
including December 2, 2011.
II.
Counsel for Plaintiff, Lodsys, LLC, is unopposed to this request.
III.
Iconfactory seeks this extension of time not for delay but for good cause so that justice may
be served. In addition, the parties are in settlement discussions and believe they are close to
resolving this matter and need the additional two weeks in order to do so.
WHEREFORE, Iconfactory, Inc. respectfully prays that the time to move, answer, or
otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint be extended to and including December 2,
2011.
