INFRINGEMENT CONTENTIONS
Plaintiffs Rockstar Consortium US LP and NetStar Technologies LLC file this
unopposed motion for an extension of time to file their response to Defendant Google Inc.’s
motion to strike Plaintiffs’ patent rule 3-1 infringement contentions up to and including
August 29, 2014, which is a four (4) day extension from the current due date of August 25, 2014.
Plaintiffs have conferred with Defendant, who does not oppose this motion. This extension is not
for the purpose of delay but rather to properly respond to Google’s motion.
