Defendant Google Inc. files this unopposed motion for an extension of time for the
following:

To file Google’s Reply in Support of its Motion to Strike Plaintiffs’ Patent Rule
3-1 Infringement Contentions (Dkt. No. 122) up to and including September 11,
2014, which is a three day extension from the current due date of September 8,
2014.

Google has conferred with Plaintiffs, who do not oppose this motion. This extension is
not for the purpose of delay but rather to properly respond to Rockstar’s Opposition.
