ORDER GRANTING NON-PARTY NORTEL
NETWORKS INC.’S MOTION FOR A PROTECTIVE ORDER
Having considered Non-Party Nortel Networks Inc.’s Motion for a Protective Order
Regarding Privileged and Confidential Nortel Documents and the arguments of counsel
regarding the same, the Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED.
Therefore, the Court hereby ORDERS that Rockstar is prohibited from accessing,
reviewing, disclosing or otherwise using any “non-transferred items” (as that term is defined in
certain agreements between Nortel and Rockstar) residing on computers that Rockstar acquired
from Nortel.
It is SO ORDERED.
