ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER
Having considered the Motion for a Protective Order filed by non-parties Nortel
Networks Corporation and Nortel Networks Limited (collectively, with all subsidiaries,
“Nortel”), by Ernst & Young Inc. as court-appointed Monitor, and all evidence and arguments
submitted in support and opposition thereto, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Rockstar is
prohibited from accessing, reviewing, disclosing or otherwise using any “non-transferred items”
(as that term is defined in certain agreements between Nortel and Rockstar) residing on
computers that Rockstar acquired from Nortel.
It is SO ORDERED.
