Plaintiffs Rockstar Consortium US LP and NetStar Technologies LLC file this
unopposed motion for an extension of time to file their surreply to Defendant Google Inc.’s reply
Google’s reply to motion to strike Plaintiffs’ patent rule 3-1 infringement contentions up to and
including September 26, 2014, which is a four (4) day extension from the current due date of
September 21, 2014. Plaintiffs have conferred with Defendant, who does not oppose this motion.
This extension is not for the purpose of delay but rather to properly respond to Google’s reply.
