GOOGLE INC.’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXCEED PAGE LIMIT BY ONE PAGE
Google respectfully requests permission to file one additional page in its responsive claim
construction brief, beyond the default limit of 30 pages. Google believes the Court and all
parties would benefit from briefing that lays out the disputed claim terms and the parties’
respective constructions in the body of the brief. There is good cause to extend the page limit by
one page to allow Google to provide the competing constructions in proximity to the relevant
evidence and argument.
Google seeks additional pages solely to properly respond to Rockstar’s claim
construction positions. Google has conferred with Plaintiffs, who do not oppose this motion. A
proposed order is attached herewith.
