IN ITS SURREPLY TO ROCKSTAR’S MOTION TO COMPEL
Google respectfully requests permission to file one additional page in its Surreply to
Rockstar’s Motion to Compel Discovery From Google Inc. (Dkt. No. 126), beyond the default
limit of 5 pages. Rockstar filed an unopposed motion to exceed the page limit for its Reply in
support of its Motion to Compel by one page, which the Court granted. (Dkt. No. 181.) Google
has conferred with Rockstar, who does not oppose this motion. A proposed order is attached
herewith.
