Plaintiffs respectfully request permission to exceed the page limit in their Response to
Defendant’s Expedited Motion to Compel Discovery by 3 pages. The Court has already granted
Defendnat permission to exceed the page limit on its opening brief by 3 pages and Plaintiffs
therefore respectfully submit that they should be permitted an equal allotment of excess pages for
its response. Counsel for Defendant has advised that it does not oppose this motion.
